The DITEE SPEAR 500 MP-AES features an all-in-one benchtop design with full-spectrum elemental analysis, rapid speed, wide linear range, low detection limits, and high stability. It replaces hazardous and expensive gases like acetylene, nitrous oxide, or argon with affordable nitrogen or even air, offering safer, more economical, and efficient analysis. With sensitivity comparable to ICP-OES, it achieves detection limits as low as sub-ppb for most elements.

Full First-Order Spectral Line Rowland Chamber

High Signal-to-Noise Ratio Linear Array CMOS Detectors

Microwave Plasma

35℃ Constant Temperature Optical System
• Fully sealed light chamber eliminates the need for high-flow argon gas purging.
• Employs cutting-edge linear array CMOS detectors to achieve high signal-to-noise ratios without refrigeration, ensuring a frost-free operation without the need for argon gas blowing.
• The integrated optical system features an automatic temperature control device that maintains a constant temperature of 35℃, minimizing the requirements on external environmental conditions and ensuring stable detection in varying ambient temperatures.
